SHIPPING POLICY
To Singapore addresses
Shipping to Singapore addresses is free for all orders above S$100.
As most of our orders are made to order, shipping will take 7 - 21 days from the date of order to delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before it is shipped out. Once an order is shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 7 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must not be cut, dyed, washed, worn, or utilised in any way.
Regario will arrange for the collection of the product from you. The shipping fee will be paid by Regario.
Upon receiving the product, Regario will inspect the product. If the product is eligible for return (i.e. it is unused, unwashed and in new condition), Regario will issue a full refund for the product or you may request for an exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be made through your original mode of payment.
